- Durable top layer (1.6 mm): Consists of an embossed wear layer (0.8 mm) with a glass fiber reinforced stabilization layer for extreme wear resistance (≤ 100 mg according to EN ISO 5470-1).
- Pressure-resistant vinyl layer: Provides excellent surface strength and ensures consistent ball bounce (≥ 95 %) and biomechanical response.
- Shock-absorbing foam backing: Dual density PVC foam that provides gradual deformation under load and ensures 20 % shock absorption (EN 14808).
