Elastiflex™ is built up in layers to achieve optimal stability and performance:

Top layer: Durable, compact rubber surface (Powerplay™) treated with PRO² technology for a durable and non-reflective surface.
Core: Two layers of moisture-resistant phenolic plywood, which ensures excellent dimensional stability.
Pads (Air Cell® Pads): Patented cone-shaped rubber supports with internal air chambers that ensure a homogeneous elastic response across the entire floor.
Specifications: Total system thickness 57 mm, weight 19.0 kg/m², fire class Bfl-s1 (EN 13501-1).

The built-up construction with Air Cell® Pads creates a cavity under the floor that allows continuous air circulation under the floor system and between the plywood layers. This makes the system highly resistant to rising damp from the subfloor, provides superior dimensional stability during temperature fluctuations, and makes it an ideal solution for installation over underfloor heating compared to traditional solid floors.

Manufactured in ISO-certified factories equipped with a 4.6 MWp solar system that cuts approx. 800 tons of CO₂ emissions per year. The rubber surface is 100 % REACH compliant and holds the strict Greenguard Gold certification, which ensures a healthy indoor climate in the sports facility. The product contains at least 20 % recycled raw materials, and all production waste is reused 100 %. The environmental friendliness is scientifically and transparently documented through official environmental declarations (EPD) and life cycle analyses (LCA).

Elastiflex™

Area-elastic rubber sports flooring – 57 mm

Elastiflex™ is a professional, area-elastic sports flooring system specifically developed for indoor multi-purpose halls and competition arenas. The system combines a durable, vulcanized rubber surface with a highly stable double phenolic plywood core and shock-absorbing, cone-shaped rubber supports on the underside.

Elastic base (18 mm):

Climate control: Room temperature of 15–25 °C and humidity between 45 % and 60 % must be maintained continuously.
Daily cleaning: Vacuum or dry mop the floor regularly. Stubborn stains can be easily removed with a cloth dampened with ethyl alcohol.
Water ban: Never use water or water-based detergents for daily cleaning, as moisture can permanently damage the wood.
Heavy load: When loading over 500 kg/m², approved load distribution plates must always be used to protect the wood.

Acclimatization: The panels must be stored at installation temperature for at least 10 days before the actual installation can begin.
Subfloor: The concrete floor must be dry (max. 2.5 % moisture) and completely level before laying begins.
System requirements: Only use glue, paint and care products officially approved by MONDO to maintain the warranty.
Underfloor heating: The system tolerates underfloor heating excellently, provided that the heating is started gradually before the flooring is laid.

Mondoelastic

Area-elastic sports floor in wood - 62 mm

Mondoelastic is a FIBA-certified, area-elastic wooden sports floor for wonderful playing comfort. Two layers of phenolic plywood with an extremely durable surface ensure optimal dimensional stability.

Certified for elite sports: FIBA-approved for professional basketball and FIFA-approved for futsal (FIFA Quality Programme for Futsal Surfaces).

Wear layer and surface layer: A 2.0 mm thick, embossed PVC topsheet consisting of a 0.8 mm wear layer and a 1.2 mm glass fiber reinforced core that ensures extreme dimensional stability and wear resistance.
Shock-absorbing foam core: An integrated, dual-density expanded vinyl foam that provides progressive cushioning, good slip resistance and reduces the risk of friction burns.
Everlay A underlay: A 1.2 mm waterproof fiberglass fabric impregnated with synthetic resin on both sides. The underside has micro-bubbles that provide ventilation and prevent moisture damage.
Installation bonding: The Vinylsport M top layer and the Everlay A underlay are fully glued to each other on site with an approved two-component PU adhesive (e.g. Mapei G19/G20 or PU300) to form a stable, floating system layer.
Key dimensions and fire rating: Total system thickness is 8.75 mm, total weight is 6000 g/m², with fire class Cfl-s1. Vinylsport M is supplied on rolls of 180 cm (length 20 m), and Everlay A on rolls of 200 cm (length 50 m).

Bacterial prevention (ISO 22196): The surface eliminates >99.9999 % of bacteria (E. coli, S. aureus) within 24 hours without chemical additives (R > 6).
Assembly: The top layer is fully glued to Everlay with two-component PU adhesive. The joints are heat-welded (approx. 450 °C) for a 100 % tight surface. Can be laid with tape for temporary use.
Subfloor and moisture: Flatness deviation max. 4 mm under 4 m straight bolt. Concrete moisture above 10 % (carbide method) requires moisture barrier (e.g. Schomburg ASODUR-SG3).

Stabilizing Everlay® underlay (4.7 mm): Woven PVC foam backing reinforced with fiberglass and knobs on the underside, which completely insulates against rising moisture and ensures uniform elastic response across the entire court.
Layer joining: The 7 mm thick Vinylsport M surface layer is bonded to the 4.7 mm Everlay® underlay with approved two-component adhesive, providing a continuous and pressure-resistant sports flooring system.
Main dimensions and specifications: Total system thickness is 12.0 mm with a weight of 6.85 kg/m². Supplied in rolls of 180 cm width (surface roll 20 m length) with fire classification Cfl-s1 according to EN 13501-1.

Installation: Everlay® is dry-laid before Vinylsport M full sheets are laid on top with PU adhesive (e.g. PU300 / Mapei G19/G20, approx. 0.3 kg/m²). Joints are heat-welded with PVC wire at approx. 450 °C.
Subfloor & moisture: Solid, clean and level (max deviation 4 mm / 4 m, 1 mm / 1 m). Residual moisture above 10 % (carbide) requires an approved moisture barrier (e.g. Schomburg ASODUR-SG3).
Cleaning: Daily dry mopping/vacuuming. Weekly machine wash with red 3M pad and neutral, solvent-free detergent (pH 7–9, e.g. Diversey Profi). No waxing or polishing.
Protection: Use only alcohol-free/solvent-free agents. Protect from sunlight, sharp objects, tape residue and loads exceeding 500 kg/m².
Use & approvals: For basketball, handball, volleyball, futsal and badminton in schools and elite facilities. Approved by FIVB and BWF.

Vinylsport M Pro 12 mm

Prefabricated, point-elastic PVC sports flooring on roll – 12 mm

Vinylsport M Pro 12 mm combines a durable PVC surface layer with a waterproof and shock-absorbing Everlay® underlay. The system provides maximum protection, excellent ball bounce and optimal athlete safety in multi-purpose halls and elite sports facilities.

Maximum shock absorption: Achieves 49 % shock absorption and meets the strictest requirements of EN 14904 (Class P3) to protect joints and reduce the risk of injury.
Official sports approval: Homologated by FIVB ("IVS – Tested by FIVB") and approved by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) for international competitions.
Moisture-protective Everlay® system: Can be installed floating without the need for full bonding to the subfloor, and effectively blocks rising moisture.

Wear layer (14 mm): Pre-lacquered laminated parquet in beech or oak (approx. 4 mm of hardwood over a minimum of 10 mm of balancing wood fiber) attached with hidden U-pins.
Base layer (12 mm): Phenolic-coated plywood sheets (approx. 2440 x 170 mm) laid at an angle with a 35 mm gap for optimal pressure distribution and ventilation.
Cushioning layer (15 mm): Flexible sheets of elastic polyurethane foam that provide even and gentle shock absorption across the entire court surface.
Vapor barrier (0.1 mm): Polyethylene foil (PE) with a 20 cm overlap that prevents moisture migration from the subfloor.
Specifications: Total thickness 41 mm, weight 14.2 kg/m², fire class Cfl-s1 (EN 13501-1), and formaldehyde emissions in class E1.

Installation: PE foil and PU foam are dry-laid. Plywood is laid at a 45° angle, and the wooden floor is blind-nailed with hidden U-pins (type 90/30, 30 mm) at a 45° angle.
Subfloor & moisture: Solid and level subfloor (max deviation 4 mm / 4 m, 1 mm / 1 m). Residual moisture in concrete must not exceed 2.5 % (carbide method) over at least 0.3 mm PE moisture barrier.
Cleaning: Daily dry mopping. Stain removal with ethanol. Ordinary washing should never be done with water. Occasional scrubbing machine washing against sweat requires an approved agent (e.g. Bona Sportive Cleaner Plus).
Protection: Maintain room temperature at +15–25 °C and humidity at 45–60 %. Maximum distribution load 500 kg/m². The use of tape and water spills is strictly prohibited.
Use & approvals: Optimized for basketball and futsal in elite halls. Approved according to EN 14904, FIBA Level 1 & 2 and FIFA Quality Programme for Futsal.
